After that cultural highlights you might like to treat yourself with a nice coffee and watch how the make the authentic applestrudle - made in front of your eyes - it' delicious!

If you are sporty we can take a walk up to "GLoriette" where you have a beautiful view of the City and the parc. THis walk will take apr. 30 minutes (one way).
We would do this either before or after the inside visit of the castle. Maybe we would reward us with a nice coffee and cake, since the Gloriette Memorial counts with a very nice coffee house! Please note that coffee and cake has to be paid seperately! (Aprox. 8-10 EUR)
Instead of walking to Gloriette Hill we could visit the Carriage museum - The highlights of the Carriage Collection include the gilded "Imperial Carriage, " the Golden Carousel Carriage of Maria Theresia, the Child's Phaeton of Napoleon's son, the Black Hearse of the Viennese court, the personal Landaulet of Empress Elisabeth and the only preserved Court Automobile of 1914. A Recent Review of this tour

Susanna arrive right on time and at our hotel. She is a friendly and easy to be with which made the time with her very pleasant. Her tour of the palace was informative and to the point. She helped us move quickly through the palace but provided the salient points for each room. She also provided suggestions on other places to visit on the palace grounds and in Vienna. We recommend Susanna to other families interested in being guided through Shonbrunn Palace.
