Vienna is well known for its long and imperial history and its rich heritage of baroque architecture and Art Nouveau. But it is much more than this: there are hidden corners, medieval lanes and romantic squares off the beaten track. Also its culinary variety reflects its position as a crossroads of many cultures and traditions. The charming cafés tell the stories of its poets, composers and artists who have contributed to its cultural wealth throughout the centuries.
A Recent Review of this guide
I had a transit stop in Vienna. Clemens was able to wait for me at VIE promptly for our 4 hour tour with the driver. Thanks to his knowledge I got to learn so much about Vienna and its rich history. I was also taken to areas within Vienna that are a little less visited by tourists. I think I have to re-visit Vienna since 4 hours is just not enough for this great city. Hope to have Clemens show me around in the near future.
