Giverny, The Vexin, Versailles
This tour enables the visitor to find out more about the artistic revolution that took place in the 19th century, though, precisely the most significative interpret; Claude Monet and his keen glance of nature that took him to build the gardens right beside his house. Gardens that he used later on as a working tool to analyze and comprehend the image, color, and forms. Triggering a new trend called impressionism.
The same day we will explore another period through the castle of Versailles. The artistic comparison with Giverny gives the visitor the understanding of such a revolution.

Vincent replied to all queries quickly in booking the tour. He spoke good English and was entertaining and informative. The transport was comfortable but I felt uneasy at times with his driving (close following distances and quick changes of lanes etc.), although this seems to be normal for Parisian drivers. When the Palace at Versailles was closed due to a strike he did his best to provide an alternative programme.
