A full sensorial experience into one of Italy's main wine regions
Chianti Classico is truly the heart of Tuscany and one of Italy's primary wine zone. In 1716 the Medici issued an ordinance to regulate the wine trade: thus Tuscany became the first European state to safeguard a designation of origin.
Leaving from Florence with your excellent English speaking driver, your first stop will be a cheese farm. The family that runs the place will unveil the secrets of this ancient art and let you taste some wonderful produce.
Continue your journey to Castellina or Greve where you will visit some cellars: you'll be introduced to the world of wine and winemaking, to its history and legends. A guided tasting of Chianti Classico wine will follow.
You might like to stop in the village and have time to shop for local deli and handicrafts or have some lunch.
On the way back to Florence the last stop will be at an olive oil farm, where the liquid gold has been produced by the same family for 200 years. You can admire 6000 strong and healthy olive trees and taste some amazing olive oil

We spent an entire day with Elisabetta. The highlight of the tour for us was the visit to the olive oil farm. Everyone was very nice. I highly recommend her.
