These are the words of Gianluca, a master with a long experience and professional skills obtained at the Italian School of Gelato - Università dei Sapori (Perugia). After years of experience and continuous research in the field of natural and healthy ingredients, Gianluca has opened its own Taste Lab, a working space conceived for preparing pasta mixes, the base of his artisanal gelato.
He personally select the best ingredients in order to serve a finished product of the highest quality, obtained with organic fresh ingredients and by adding natural spices as cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, clove, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, beyond vegetal fibers as inulin and bamboo fibers.
You will enjoy the morning preparing your own speciality and in the afternoon you will discover 5 Terre as well!

The itinerary may varies from the starting point and the real time you have at your disposal but after the gelato experience we will enjoy a scenic drive with the mini van along the ragged coastline of 5 Terre to have first a complete view of the 5 villages from the top and the reach Manarola from where will star a cruise to reach the Vernazza and Monterosso.
