I was extremely lucky to be able to see a different culture as well as start learning English at a young age - it's certainly helping with what I do now! After about 10 years in the shipping industry, I became a tour guide back in 2015.
At the moment, my tour guiding focuses on central Tokyo and the vicinity such as Saitama and Nikko. The majority of my tours are done with use of the excellent public transportation system - perhaps one of the most efficient in the entire world. Not only is it the best way to quickly get around the city, it also gives you a good view of the way of life for locals living in Tokyo. After spending the first day or two of your stay with me, you should feel confidence in navigating the city by yourself and feel like you are a Tokyoite yourself! My tours should also be a good alternative to bus tours, since you have more freedom and the chance to directly ask the guide about any questions regarding Tokyo and Japan.
In my time off, I like to follow my favorite baseball team, occasionally attending games and yelling my lungs out from the outfield bleachers. During the off-season I am always looking for some extended time to travel abroad. My target is to visit the same number of countries as my age. I'm still behind my goal, but catching up very quickly and now my count stands at a total of 36 countries visited. Maybe your country is next!

Tours are provided with use of public transportation. Taxis can be used for short distances if you prefer. I do not offer the option of using a private vehicle for the entire duration of the tour.
