A Recent Review of this guide
Eris is excellent and this was our second tour with her. Eri continued to add to our learning of Kyoto and Japan. This tour was focussed on the Gion area and Kiyomuzi Temple. Eri's knowledge of history and explanations of the area and traditions of the geisha were very interesting. The Kiyomizu Temple is great - don't be put off that renovations are happening.
