Varol was enthusiastic and helpful. Our ship was late into Toronto and we were delayed getting off the boat. It helped expedite our departure to have Varol tell someone from the ship he was in the parking lot & that he had arrived for us then gave our name and Tours by Locals -necessary as there was no identification outside on his minivan. Varol used the time to show us the city and made 2 stops to accommodate us & took pictures for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable-got us to airport on time!!
