Seeing the Highlights of Downtown Toronto on foot
I would love to show you Toronto on foot, because experiencing a city street level is far more engaging than seeing sights from a coach or car, and if the traffic is heavy, we are not affected!
We will explore the downtown area, covering major sites, for a 4 hour morning tour. The tour will cover: Hockey Hall of Fame, St. Lawrence Market Neighbourhood, Eaton Centre, City Hall, Queen Street West, and the Entertainment District.
We will start at the Hockey hall of Fame, though I can meet you at your hotel, if requested.
The Hockey Hall of Fame is a temple for Ice Hockey Fans, and Toronto is hockey-crazy for its team the Maple Leafs. This specialist museum can be visited (with an admission fee), or arranged as a quick look for no charge. There is also an architectural gem nearby, Brookfield Place, which will be part of the tour. A walk to St Lawrence market and its surrounding historical neighbourhood is Toronto's Old Town of York, and rich in both history and food. We will then walk to the 2 side-by-side City Hall buildings, calling at the Eaton Centre (Toronto's largest downtown shopping mall) on the way. The tour will continue west along Queen Street, taking in a vibrant area of restaurants and independant shops, and finish at the Entertainment District, home of Toronto's theatres, cultural institutions and the Toronto International Film Festival.

Felicia knows the city so well that we visited many of the "best" sights in town, allowing me to make notes of where to visit later in depth. I recommend her highly.
