I will be more than happy to show you Torino. I have been working as a local guide for 15 years! I started in 2005 one year before the event that made Torino well known all over the world: the famous 2006 Winter Olympic Games. I have a University degree in foreign languages and I attended University courses on Italian Art (architecture, painting and sculpture) mainly of the Baroque period. Torino is the first capital of Italy is famous for its wonderful baroque buildings among the the Royal Palace and the gorgeous Egyptian Museum.
Also the surrounding area is full of history , art and it's the best place to taste our wonderful traditional cuisine accompanied with the most famous Italian red wine: Barolo that is often called " the king of wines and the wine of the Kings"
The name of my Region Piemonte means "at the feet of the mountain. We are very close to the magnificent mountain chain of the Alps. The landscape of the hills covered with vineyards and the gorgeous mountain peaks complete the picture.
I am a licensed tour guide of Piedmont Region.
I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.
