I have 8 years of professional experience and guided many tourists from all over the world.
I have some walking tours for a small group(up to 6 guests), which visit several of poplar sightseeing spots in Tokyo.
Other than these tours, as a customized tour, I'm able to take you any place in Tokyo.
One of the characteristic of my tour is "Side Streets. "
Even at the major sightseeing spots, we often visit side or back street where local Tokyoite loves.
I'd be really happy if I could help you explore your interest in Japan.
You may find interesting or maybe odd things in this country. But all the things you'll see are quite normal for us Japanese.
I would like to introduce something Japanese in which you might find interesting.
My favorite thing is of course travel, eating (especially ramen and mochi sweets), karaoke and get to know about cultures.
I'm also interested in what is happening about Japanese culture in other cultures. It's really intriguing to hear how "Sushi" is prepared other than in Japan. Let's exchange our thoughts about the things Japanese.
Please take a look at my tours!
Also I'm please to make your customized tour with your special requests.
Here's what I can do:
Walking tours in the city, Hiking in the low mountains, Visiting museums, One day trip to the mountain areas in Tokyo, etc.
Let me hear your requests so I'll make your own itinerary.
*Please ask my availability before booking as my tour schedule often change.
*Please note that I'm unable to book the hotels and transportation for the guests. This is what travel agents can do according to the travel law.
*My guiding service is basically walking tours in Tokyo and they are designed only for a small group up to 6 guests.
A Recent Review of this guide
Hide was an excellent tour guide. We loved discovering the animal shops in Akihabara and learn about the collectible figures and cards. We also got to see vintage electronic shops. We also liked going to Harajuku and see cool second hand shops and fashions. We also walked down Takeshita and my kids loved getting crepes and see the affordable clothes. Lastly we had fun learning about Shibuya the "Times Square" of Tokyo. We got to see the big scramble at Nakano Broadway. We highly recommend this tour!!
