Enjoy Japanese Local Izakaya food and Drinks!
While the vast majority of people visit the area during the day and push through the crowd, not many know the quiet and peaceful beauty of Asakusa you will experience in this night tour.
Nakamise Shopping Street turns into an art gallery with colorful paintings on the closed store shutters depicting various scenes from local festivals and seasonal events. The main hall of Senso-ji Temple gets majestically lit up when the sun goes down.
Once you are out of the temple precinct, you will hear the laughter of people enjoying themselves in Hoppy Street, the locals' favorite drinking street made of a series of small Japanese pubs. We will join the locals and enjoy dinner here. You can choose between a street pub offering various types of casual food including Yakitori (chicken skewers) or a restaurant where you get to make your own Okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake) on the hotplate. After getting your stomach full, we will take a walk along Sumida River enjoying the night view of Tokyo Skytree.

I couldn't ask for a better or more experienced guide to Tokyo than Haruka san, she is a great communicator and was able to quickly put me at my ease. She knows the city inside out and, though I've been here before, she was able to tailor the tour to suit my preferences, and show me things that were new and interesting. Whether you're new to Tokyo or a seasoned traveler, I would highly recommend her as a guide!
