I'm always exciting to meet new people and happy to share Japanese food culture through fun cooking.
Having worked as a flight attendant, the experiences made me aware of the treasure of local foods, and also the value of Japanese foods and culture which was such a wonderful discovery for me.
I lived in the US for 10 years, due to my husbands business relocation. It was an enjoyable life, and quite a variety of foods. I got accustom to cook Japanese dishes using US local ingredients during my stay. That experience helps to make recipes people recreate Japanese dishes when they go back to their country.
The classes are informative and interactive. The atmosphere looks like cooking party. You will be guaranteed to learn a lot, as many participants express their happy feelings and appreciation at the end of classes or by email later to make all the classes even better.
