I can show you around the entire Aomori Prefecture and the southern Hokkaido including Hakodate.
Aomori is the northernmost prefecture on the main island of Japan and is blessed with both diverse culture and magnificent nature, including the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site Shirakami Sanchi, the Jomon Period archeological site Sannai Maruyama (almost as old as the ancient Egyptian Civilization), the famous cherry blossom viewing spot Hirosaki Park and the Castle Tower on the same premises, and other beautiful natural areas such as Lake Towada, the Hakkoda Mountains, and Hotokegaura. I'm proud that we have four distinctive seasons here in Aomori; beautiful cherry blossoms in spring, lots of greenery in summer, breathtaking autumn leaves in fall and magnificent snowscapes in winter.
Since I got engaged in education for a long time, I'm particularly interested in introducing Japanese schools to foreign tourists visiting Japan so that they can get to know more about our schools and students. Aren't you interested in visiting Japanese schools and talking with the students and teachers? In this tour, you will visit an elementary school and/or a junior high school as well as see the sights in the neighboring area.
I'm retired now, but before that, I had been teaching English at a high school for more than 30 years. I lived in San Francisco from 1983 to 1985 and majored in MATEFL (Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Foreign Language) at San Francisco State.
Just call me George if it's easier for you to call.

We really enjoyed visiting the Nebuta museum and Buddha; we gained so much more knowledge being with Yuki than we would have if visiting by ourselves. The school tour was fantastic; the opportunity to have lunch with the kids and join in with a block printing and English lesson is an experience we will never forget. All the staff and children made us feel very welcome. Yuki was professional, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Thank you so much; would 100% recommend to anyone.

When you need a private car, we are strictly prohibited to drive one taking customers to sightseeing spots under the Japanese law. In that case, I will arrange for a driver and a taxi or a van to accompany you in your tour.
