When I turned 10, I experienced the Romanian Revolution Against Communism. At 14 I arrived in Timisoara in boarding school. Went to West University in Timisoara to study Geography. After graduation I got married and settled down in Timisoara.
I started guiding as a student and recently this became my full time job. I like what I'm doing, because I can share my knowledge about Romania to people (most of them) visiting this country for the first time. Doing this I feel I can contribute changing the image of Romania in the World. I also like doing tours because I meet new people every day, I find interesting stories and I also see the world trough their eyes.
I'm looking forward to meet you and be your guide in my country.
A Recent Review of this guide
Ludovic's knowledge of Timişoara and Romania is thorough and deep and his enthusiasm for telling us about this place and its history is enthralling. His care for our special interests, particularly his research to find my long-lost family connections, were more than helpful. He's also a wonderful site-seeing companion, full of amusing stories and information. We had a wonderful time. I could not have wished for a better guide; we were extremely fortunate to have booked him for our visit.
I've got my professional guide license in 2004.
