Andrew, is the King of Olympia. He is extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun to be with, he shares our values of history which made learning about the area so great He recommended a restaurant which was a local favorite and was not crowded with tourist and the prices were very reasonable. The highlight of the day was a special trip to a family operated Bee/Honey farm where we met and spent time with a most charming family, In fact when we returned to the ship We share Andrews name with another couple

Andrew is wonderful! He drove us to Ancient Olympia, of course, and also to a lovely winery and small local bee farm. We stopped at an ornate Greek Orthodox monastery on the side of a hill, ate at a 3rd generation owned and operated restaurant, and drove through small towns. Andrew is friendly and knowledgable, I highly recommend him!!

Our tour with Andrew exceeded our expectations! He did a wonderful job maximizing our short time in Olympia. He is extremely knowledgeable about the sites and history of his country. We look forward to booking with him again in the future!

Andrew was a complete joy! He took us to a Olympia to see the ruins, to a honey farm (which was an intimate group of 6 of us) where we tasted honey on homemade traditional Greek fried dough, and he took us an olive oil farm, where we saw the olive oil production, sampled Greek wine and food, and participated in Greek dancing. It was a wonderful day and Andrew was the perfect host. He brought us olive oil and soap that he makes as well, which was a very nice touch. It was a fabulous day!

If you're going to Olympia with cruise ship,go with Andrew, not with a huge busload of people!Highly recommend! We were 4 persons & he was very accommodating-clean comfortable air conditioned car-excellent driver & perfect English. We requested WIFI in his car & he arranged this. Also,he drove us through the little towns on the way to Olympia, something you won't get with the ship.Andrew took us up to the highest point cafe/bar for magnificent views.Port has great shopping/lots of boutiques-got us there too!!

Andrew may be the best tour guide we have ever had. I wish I could rate him with 10 stars. He knows everything and everyone in the area and took us to amazing places. He is charming, intelligent, kind and sophisticated. He makes his own olive oil and gave us a bottle to take home which we will enjoy immensely. If you want to have an amazing day in Katakolon, I urge you to contact Andrew. I will remember this day forever

A great day. Enjoyable and knowledgeable. He had contacts everywhere we wanted to go and helped us at every stop. He knew the best way to get around and show you all that Katakolon and the area has to offer. Virgin Mary Monastery was awesome. Great company and knowledge. Would definitely book another tour with him.

Our tour was wonderful and informative. The places Andreas and Nicholoas (Spelling?) took us were exceptional! Most moving was the Monastery, the restaurant was authentic and not a tourist stop, the Olympic site book provided was so great we asked to go where we could purchase it.The icing on the cake was the local winery. The family run winery provided a great tour (Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable!)and tasting with a delightful snack. The bottle of olive oil was a personal touch. A memorable day!

Andrew was the best! Charming, thoughtful and courteous. We could not have had a better day. The entire tour was well planned and done totally at our pace. The local winery he took us to did one of the best presentations we have ever had and made us feel as though we were in their home. I cannot say enough positive about Andrew!!

This is my family's second tour with Andrew. We visited on the Greek Orthodox Easter holiday, so all the tourist sites were closed for the day. Rather than disappoint, Andrew brought my family back to his house for lunch made by his wife. It was a wonderful day.....my mother said it was the best tour she ever had!!!

Andrew represented Greece very well. He saw to all the details of getting us into the archaeological site, allowed us plenty of time to shop, got us to a family winery, bought us some of the best baklava we have ever had, and took us to a beautiful beach hotel where we had coffee and the whole place to ourselves because of low season. Andrew was a kind and gracious host.

This was a terrific tour and far superior than anything you could purchase on a cruise ship. Andreas, our driver, was friendly, knowledgeable, and so nice! We felt like we made a friend in Greece and also saw and did the best possible things during our ~ six hour stay in Katakolon.

Andrew coordinated a two car tour for our family group of 7 including 2 children ages 2 and 4. We were able to see villages, experience Olympia, visited a beautiful church built into the cliffs and had a wonderful lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the Ionian Sea where we were able to get in a short swim break. We learned all about olive and pistachio growing and Andrew even shared some of his home grown olive oil! A truly enjoyable and educational tour.

Mr Andrew welcomed my daughter , her Best Friend and myself like we were family ! His love of life , Greece, and family made our time in Olympia so very special . Besides seeing the sights . We spent a day with a wonderful human being , who definitely represented his country with all the passion that you would expect from the Greek culture. If you need a wonderful experience spend your time in Olympia with Mr. Andrew. He knows the best wine spots, shopping and places to eat!

This tour was awesome! This was our first visit to Katakolon (Olympia), and Andrew made us feel welcome and right at home. He met us at our ship terminal, and off we went to visit Ancient Olympia and the museum! After Olympia, Andrew drove us through nearby villages and we stopped by a local restaurant for a traditional Greek lunch.....the food was nothing short of superb! Andrew is a very friendly and warm person. His english is very good. We recommend Andrew highly!
