Juan is one of the best guides I have ever had. He loves his job and it shows!! He took us to places not seen by tourists...and even many locals. If you come to Mexico City, book him for multiple days in advance as he's quite booked out. I wish I had booked him for 2 or 3 tours - he's that good!
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Hello Michael! Thank you so much for your kind words! It really means a lot to me :) It would be great to have the opportunity to show you more of the city (or even Puebla, Taxco, Queretaro etc!) if you come back to Mexico. Saludos, Juan

Juan was not only a wonderful guide but a companion that shared his passion and excitement with each place we visited. As ardent Diego Rivera fans, our day started with a visit to the Carcomo de Delores, a site most unusual with monumental works by Rivera. No mention in guide books of this impressive place! Incredible! DO NOT MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THIS WORK! It was so impressive that we thought it would overshadow the rest of the day. Not so. Juan sped us to many other hidden Treasures! Bravo!
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Hello Harry! Thank you very much for your kind words. I had a wonderful time exploring the city with you guys. I'm glad to know that you liked the visit to the 'Carcamo de Dolores' murals. As you noticed it is not very popular but it definitely worth it! Thank you for replying on me and for giving me the opportunity to show you these places. Hope to see you both back in Mexico City! Saludos, Juan

We booked two tours with Juan, this one and "First Time in Mexico City." This was ideal. We could mix and match over the two days, and we could also tailor the sites to our interests (including a trip to the Mercado de San Juan for strange foods). In "Off the Beaten Path" we saw many Rivera murals in the Presidential Palace and the Ministry of Education. Must sees! Juan is knowledgeable and enthisiatic and we would use him again!
