One of the most enjoyable tours ever - and I have been on (and led) many. Communication excellent. Your pre-planning for Shimizu made it come alive for us - just the right balance of historical/cultural explanation and perfect timing that never felt rushed. Your joy was contagious - seeing Mt. Fuji with snow first time this season. The day flowed so beautifully - only sorry we had only a few hours with you! How lucky you spotted the rare October cherry blossoms and then made sure we stopped for photos.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Ms. Debra, Greeting from Hiroko. Thank you so much for your warm comments for the tour. It was a great day as we saw the beautiful and perfect Mt.Fuji with the first snow on the top and unexpected October cherry blossoms. This is all thanks to you and youe member who brought this wonderful day. Good memories stay in our minds and hearts. I hope to see you all again! Please enjoy the crusing and give my regards to all. Best regards, Hiroko

Hiroko was a great guide. She provided lots of information and her English was good. She is a tiny little thing but with a big smile and personality!

Hiroko had a great knowledge of the local area including in-depth knowledge of the history and cultural heritage. She took us to major highlights, but also showed us much of the ordinary residential and commercial areas. Her English was excellent and she was very caring and patient with my husband who had trouble negotiation the many steps at the Shrine. She even went to the trouble of giving us home made postcards of Mt.Fiji and some paper origami of Mt. Fuji. We definite recommend Hiroko to everyone

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Mr.&Ms. Barty, Thank you very much for the warm comments. I appreciate you very much for having given me the opportunity to guide you and show you around here. It was wonderful day for me to get to know Mr.&Ms.Barty. I really hope that you have made great memories here and continue to have a good cruising. Please stay well and I hope to see you again. Best regards, Hiroko

Hiroko showed us Shimizu which for such a small city had big sights-Mt. Fuji! We had a lovely view all day of Mt. Fuji and Hiroko made sure we went to many advantage points to do so. She also had personalized touches like visiting a tea farm and being allowed to walk out into the tea bushes with the majestic mountain as a backdrop for pictures. We learned alot of history of Japan which we enjoyed.

TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Kathleen and the group members, Thank you very much for having visited Shimizu and chosen me as a guide. I am very glad that you enjoyed the tour and the view of Mt. Fuji. I hope that you add the time of Shimizu as your new memory. Please give my regards to all the members and stay well. Best regards, Hiroko
