Didn't see the Berber village, the Toubkal museum was closed for renovations. The tour consisted of lots of driving, one scenic view for photos, a stop for coffee, a bottle of water, a trek to the waterfall with a glass of orange juice. Back to the hotel. Back at the hotel by 2pm, not a full day tour, not what I was expecting, definitely not worth the money. I suggest a refund is needed!
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Dear Andrew, Thank you for sharing your thought of the tour with us. I feel sorry if you didn’t enjoy it fully. Yes the Museum was closed as you have seen with your eyes in the paper written in front of the door and confirmed by the security on site. And Yes we walked through some Berber villages on our hike ( We took 2 hours hike ) The reason your day was shortened is: You have no interest to stop for lunch ( traditionally it takes about 1h15. Also no stops for craft cooperatives. Kind regards

We had a wonderful day - a great guide, a great trip, and so, so informative. I highly recommend El Medhi. He and the driver (Abdul) were professional, kind, knowledgable, and it has been the highlight of our trip so far. Thank you so much for your kindness and your humour! Don't book a different trip. Book this one!!!

El Mehdi was a flexible, fun guide. I was traveling with a friend and she ended up with a knee problem by the time we were in Marrakesh. Our guide changed the format of the tour to take that into consideration and still show us a great time in the Atlas Mountains. Can't say enough positive things about this young man.
We had a marvellous day tour with Mehdi . We discovered a fantastic back country side from Marrakech with splendid views . The tour was very good explained and had a lot of fotostops. The lunch at a bio restaurant along the Ourika riwer was excellent. Compliments for Mehdi and his driver. Could only recommend.
This was a wonderful drive and tour. I was collected directly from the airport and the tour started immediately. Mehdi was informative and helpful. Light hikes, nice coffees, good meals, and stopping to take pictures at scenic places. I appreciated the local knowledge as well as the professionalism. I also sincerely appreciated that I could book for one person and not have to pay for two. There were less expensive options, but this was a personal tour, no groups or buses involved. One of my favorite days!

Mehdi is a true professional, who knows how to put together a terrific trip that meets the needs of his clients. He provided an energetic agenda that allowed us to see Berber villages and the life of the Berber people in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains - capped off with a lovely lunch overlooking a foothills and valleys, and with a terrific view of the heights of the Atlas Mountains. He knows the people and the life of those who live in the mountains, and his experience was greatly appreciated.

El Mehdi was a great guide. He arranged a trip to the Atlas Mountains and was able to sort out a driver and guide, tea in a local Berber's farmer house, and great view points for photographs. He was adaptable when I needed him to be and was extremely helpful with advice, background details and information.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thank you Barnaby. It was a pleasure meeting you and glad you enjoyed the Atlas Mountains. Sorry if the weather was not friendly enough for you to take Photos of both Sunset and The Stars. May be another reason to come to Morocco. Welcome to The Kingdom Of Light :)
