Let's discover what daily life in Amsterdam is all about.
Step out into my city on any given day and the streets buzzing with activity. As people whizz by on bikes and locals on their boats cruise the canals, we'll first take a stroll through a typical Amsterdam neighbourhood and discover what daily life here is all about. What makes Amsterdam one of the most liveable cities in the world? Which stories lie behind the buildings, both old and new? And, of course, where do locals go for the best coffee, lunch or just to hang out?
At the end of our day together, the canals are the perfect place to mingle along. So that's exactly what we'll do, while taking in stunning views of 17th century houses and getting a feel for Amsterdam from the water. As the day unfolds, find out what really happens in this city. How do locals spend their day? And where do they go for wine and dine?

9 Streets Wanderings: Tucked away between picturesque canals is where we'll find 9 little streets bursting with vintage and designer boutiques, specialty stores and cosy cafes that will give you the local vibe you're looking for.
Foodhallen Flavours: Together we can sample different national and international food concepts and cuisines during our visit to Amsterdam's indoor food market, located in a historic venue.

We had a wonderful time getting aquatinted with Amsterdam as Dennis as our guide. He picked us up at our hotel in the morning and took us through the city at our pac. Dennis had a lot of knowledge and history to share with us and welcomed our questions. After a fun filled walk through Amsterdam he made sure we made it back to our hotel safely. At the end of our adventure Dennis did not hesitate to share his contact info with us and encouraged us to contact him if we needed anything during our stay.
