A great deal of plants and flowers found on the islands have medicinal properties. We visit the botanical gardens and see the beautiful types of flowers and plants that grow in tropical places like the Cook Islands. Learn about Cook Island Culture & people by visiting the Te Ara Museum - a story of how the Cook Islands originated.

We visit Muri - see the 3 islands and gaze upon the beautiful beaches of Rarotonga.

Botanical Gardens . . beautiful flowers, amazing colors and unusual varieties
Go for a walk at the bird place and hike up (light walking) to the hill where the view is just amazing.
Lunch is next - highly recommended fish sandwiches or chicken or whatever you like. Tastes amazing.
Snorkel anyone? - popular snorkel area where you get to see the big fish swimming around. No sharks! It's a lagoon :)
Then we make our way back around to where I picked you up - back to your location.

Sunday is a sacred day in the Cook Islands. Many of the Main Shops in the Avarua town is closed. There are some activities available on the Sunday. I am only available to advise and recommend what to do on the Sunday.
