Discover Bath & Stonehenge
Travel through time (some 5000 years!) where we visit Stonehenge and walk in the footsteps of our Neolithic ancestors - one of the wonders of the world and the best-known prehistoric monument in Europe. Be amazed at the sheer size of the site, Stonehenge is perhaps the world's most famous prehistoric monument. It was built in several stages: the first monument was an early henge monument, built about 5, 000 years ago, and the unique stone circle was erected in the late Neolithic period about 2500 BC. In the early Bronze Age many burial mounds were built nearby.
Visit the beautiful city of Bath, a living breathing Geogrian city and a World Heritage Site as designated by UNESCO, famous for its Abbey and, of course, those famous Roman Baths
You will be met a central London Hotel by myself in a full air conditioned Iconic London Black Cab.
We will head straight out to Bath and take some time to see the Abbey and the Roman Baths and everything else that this beautiful city has to offer.
Time permitting, and if desired, then perhaps take a late brunch or early lunch in Sally Lunn's Bun shop (not included)
From here we shall drive through the English Countryside to Stonehenge and get up close to those Stones and learn as much as we can about our Neolithic ancestors!
We will then head back to central London with hopefully a bag full of fantastic memories
