The Itria Valley and its beauties
VISIT and EXPERIENCE Puglia like a LOCAL
Typical "Trulli" houses, vineyards and olive groves stretch as far as the eye can see: welcome to Itria Valley!
Where time seems to stand still, it's nice to get lost among beautiful courtyards, squares, baroque buildings, artisans' workshops and typical restaurants.
The area with the highest concentration of ancient olive trees, some of which may be almost 3, 000 years old, dating back to the Messapian age.

Gianluca was a great guide for our 1-day tour of Puglia from Bari. He knows his area well and his car was very comfortable for our group of four. We wanted to focus on the Valle d'Itria, so the itinerary of Ostuni (with a stop to an olive oil coop), Martina Franca, Alberobello, and Locorotondo worked well for us. Upon hearing that we wouldn't be back that way, Gianluca made a quick detour to a viewpoint of Polignaro a Mare on the way home, just in time for a spectacular sunset!
