A walking tour
The Gothic Quarter is Barcelona's historic centre. Here, visitors can find vestiges from the Roman era and the Middle Ages.
The journey passes through many points of interest, like Picasso Museum, Basilique de Santa Maria del Mar, the Cathedral and charming streets and squares.
Includes the Picasso Museum, which houses a gothic-style palace from the 14th century and a great collection of his work, including Las Meninas, First Communion, Science and Charity, Rooftops of Barcelona and portraits of his mother and father. Picasso is a world-renowned artist whose work is reflected in the entire history of 20th century art. He lived and trained in Barcelona before moving to Paris.
The tour finish outside the Cathedral. The visit of the museum last around 45 minutes.
