History and Culture from our ancestors and our current life.

Quito is known for its treasures of colonial churches, paintings, sculptures and carvings. The Spanish Colonial Period extends from the XVI to the XVIII Century. Ecuadorian colonial art combines the European Renaissance and Baroque styles with the indigenous and mestizo influences.
Quito is the only site on the planet where the Equator crosses over highlands.

You can Shop and place one foot on the northern Hemisphere and the other on the southern Hemisphere. It happens just in the Middle of the world.

A Recent Review of this tour

Gustavo provided a flexible and comprehensive full day tour. He was informative and pleasant company. I mentioned that there were a few items I wanted to buy, but didn't want to go out of our way or lose touring time to do so. He knew exactly where to go in the neighborhoods we visited and helped me negotiate prices. The car was comfortable and he had water for us. Highly recommend!
