Guided Tour through the convict history of Tasmania
We will drive to the south east of Tasmania. The Tasman Peninsula can be reached via Eagelhack Neck, where we will visit Port Arthur, a Unesco Historic Site.
The visit includes a short 30 min cruise around the isle of the dead.

Renke is an excellent guide. He listened to what I asked for and complied, even taking me to a winery. It was a very fortunate day for me to be there to see the wooden boat festival, the biggest holiday of the year in Hobart. He knew the geology of the area which made the tour even more interesting. He could also talk about the animals that we saw at the little zoo we went to.
