Pompeii, Herculaneum and the Archeological Museum of Naples
A full immersion in the Roman Archeology of the bay of Naples. The 2 town buried under the fury of the Mt Vesuvius on the 79 a. D. : Pompeii and its 150 acres of port-town with its dynamic commercial and social life, Herculaneum, the smaller but better preserved archaeological Park, with its incredible remains of daily life. Last but not least all the finds from those roman towns on exhibit at the Archaeological Museum of Naples: frescoes, statues, mosaics, musical instruments, medical instruments, glasses, jewellery, keys, dices. . . you name it! Your private tour if you are an archaeology lovers.
From the Port of Naples we will first head to Pompeii. I will reserve exclusive places for my costumers so to try to avoid the main tour groups. The visit at Pompeii will take approx 2 hours and it will be tuned onto people desires and physical attitudes. However I shall try to show you the highlights of the site.
Later we will visit Herculaneum, which is smaller but better preserved and very pleasant because less visitor come here.
This visit will take about 1 and half hour.
At last we came back to Naples and its Museum, where we will concentrate on the collection related to Pompeii and Herculaneum.
Whenever requested we can stop for a lunch break: depending on your desires in Naples you find everything for a reasonable price.
Also shopping will be available if you are interested.

I can only say wonderful things about Fabrizio! We chose his tours of Naples/Pompeii/Herculaneum because of his Pompeii4Kids theme and it was such a great choice. He has worked hard to produce games, quizzes and activities for kids which really bring Pompeii and Herculaneum alive. He was able to engage the older teen and the adults as well, with well-chosen lunch spots, fascinating information, and charm. I highly recommend him and his tours. We loved Naples and were sad to leave. Thanks Fabrizio!
