Awe inspiring Maras Inca Salt Mine, Moray archaeological site and Chincheros weaving - 1 Day Tour

We depart Cusco at 8am and drive for about 1. 5 hours to the Moray archaeological site, on the way we drive past agricultural fields, small villages and Lake Huaypo. You will have a guided tour of Moray before we drive on to the Maras salt mine which is a series of small ponds fed by a naturally salty spring, it is both fascinating and beautiful. We will have lunch at a local restaurant and then visit the small town of Chincheros, where we can either visit the archaeological site or the weaving exhibit where you can learn how wool is spun, dyed and weaved into beautiful traditional pieces of art. We will arrive back to Cusco around 5:00pm.

Includes private transport, professional guide, entry fees and lunch.
