Hue Highlights Tour

Hue known as the capital city of Vietnam where Nguyen dynasty ruled from 1802 - 1945. Hue owes its charm partly to its location on the Perfume River - picturesque on a clear day, atmospheric even in less flattering weather. This location is also the destination of palaces, pagodas, tombs and temples, culture and cuisine, history and heartbreak - there's no shortage of poetic pairings to describe Hue (pronounced 'hway') which were recognized by Unesco World Heritage site.

This private shore excursion gives you an opportunity to explore not only the Imperial citadel of Hue, Thien Mu Pagoda and perfume river, but also the real life of local people which is off the beaten track in rural village.

Do experience Hue through the eyes of David from ToursByLocals.

A Recent Review of this tour

David made sure that our trip to Hue would be memorable - and it was! From the trishaw ride to the boat ride and the most delicious lunch David made sure that the 6 of us were happy and enjoying the day. He shared with us his extensive knowledge of Vietnam's past and present as we explored the Thien Mu Pagoda and the Royal Palace of Hue Citidal. It was a pleasure spending the day with him. We know you will be pleased if you hire David when you visit Da Nang.
