Very good trip and as described on the website. Both Jerry and his driver were quite professional, always on time and very helpful in meeting requests that were not part of the itinerary (post office, pharmacy, etc.) The three day trip was very helpful in that it allowed in-depth conversations about Vietnam. The complexity of its history and the impact on its people was not something you learn in a Cliff Notes booklet. Great suggestions for places to eat as well.
