We were delighted to have had Alexandra as our tour guide for our one-day tour of Saint Petersburg. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very efficient and with a good sense of humour. Her English was excellent. We got fast track into the Hermitage and managed to steer us clear of all the other groups! She was very happy to side-track and take us to other places we wanted to go to (e.g. the Metro and the Mariinsky Theatre) and also managed to secure us tickets for Swan Lake at the last minute.
