Let's enjoy viewing beautiful wisteria!
Ashikaga is located 80km north From Tokyo. The city has a lovely atmosphere with a lot of tourist attractions for relaxing.
Ashikaga Flower Park is famous for its biggest wisteria in Japan. In 2014 the park has been chosen as one of Dream destinations of 2014 by CNN.
The best time to see the wisteria changes slightly each year, but in general, from late April to the middle of May would be the best season.
I hope to enjoy the amazingly beautiful "Wisteria world".

Before we left Australia Yoko was concerned we may be too early for the wisteria. She offered other tours that might be more enjoyable for us. We decided to stay with Ashikaga. The early warm weather meant the wisteria was early. We had a superb day. Yoko was everything you could wish for in a guide. She answered all of our questions along the way, took us to an excellent place for lunch, was there when we needed her and gave us privacy to roam alone when asked. Highly recommend this tour and Yoko.
