This was our second day with Ken and we had our 16 year old daughter with us this time. Ken was as impressive on our second day as he was on our first day. He encouraged our daughter with her Japanese that she studies at home and was flexible to accommodate our requests. He is exceptionally knowledgable and polite and made our day extremely memorable. He managed a mix of public transport and taxis to ensure the best use of our time balance with efficient use of funds. He is amazing. Just book him!
