Kid Friendly: Yes. Tots in a pushchair or in a back carrier are fine. Teenagers are fine, although some kids find historical and religious sites as well as details of architecture extremely boring. This is not designed as a kids' tour but sites really fun for kids can be included in itinerary if booked well in advance, and includes additional entrance fees for additional or alternative sites.

Friendly: No.
The Old city is not exhausting but constructed on hills with narrow medieval and earlier streets full of bazaars and crowds. There are a great number of steps and no alternative accesses to many of the sites, however, my route can be virtually all downhill. I suggest that you should bring with you comfortable walking shoes.

A Jew, a Christian and a Muslim met one day... It's not the beginning of a joke it's the start of our unforgettable Journey

Join a Jerusalem expert and experience an unforgettable journey, understanding the landmarks of the three Abrahamic faiths. This tour develops profound ideas and takes you to scattered hidden treasures.

On Mount Olives we start with an overview on Jerusalem's history and a panoramic view of the holy city (keep your camera ready).
Next we venture into the Gethsemane, retracing the steps of Jesus christ following him on the Via Dolorosa passing through diverse pittoresque quarters of the old city.
Entering the Holy Sepulchre we search for the rocky hill been called calvary who has disappeared and you're assigned to find him back.
Some relaxing moments are requested after this reflective and spiritual stage and we do that at the souk (market) and local restaurant. Please exercise your bargaining abilities they feel offended if you don't.
Ohhh we have an audience with King David waiting for us close to his tomb and the last supper room, with all respect there is no need to bow only when he resurrect.

A Recent Review of this tour

Michel is a delightful person as well as a fabulous guide! He's a highly informed guide/historian who made each site even more memorable by adding fascinating facts and details at each historical site. Michel also introduced us to a terrific restaurant at the Jerusalem train station. I highly recommend Michel who made our visit to Israel even more memorable!
