Hiro is deeply knowledgeable, with a worldly perspective on Japan, historically and currently. Humorous, warm, personable, excellent English. Very efficient! We had a 6.5hr walking tour and he moved things along, so that we could 'cover Tokyo, East and West', as he put it. :) We saw enough and learned to navigate our way, esp by subway, that left us feeling enthusiastic, capable, and ready for more of Tokyo and Japan. Cannot recommend Hiro highly enough!
