Discover tha Ancient City of MachuPicchu thru the Inca Trail
The 2 day Inca Trail is perfect for those on a tight schedule, and families with children. We will pick you up from your hotel early and travel to Ollantaytambo, where we take the train to Km 104. From there, we start our 10km (6. 3 miles) hike with a three hour climb, before visiting the beautiful Wiñay Wayna site. We continue for another hour before arriving at the Sun gate where you get a view over Machu Picchu. After a further hour walk down the mountain, we then take the bus down to Aguas Calientes where you will stay overnight.
The next morning we wake early, have a quick breakfast and then take the bus up to Machu Picchu. You will have a comprehensive guided tour before heading back down to Aguas Calientes in the bus where we will have lunch (not included). We catch the train back to Ollantaytambo and then on to Cusco in private transport.
The Inca Trail is available all year round except for February when the trail is closed for maintenance. The permits are limited so please book in advance.
