Learn how to cook the Plow
This is a 2-day trip to Panjakent city.
On the first day, you will attend a cooking master class of Plove - a national dish of Asian countries.
During the master class, you will be able to take part in cooking. Our chef is a well-known master of cooking Plove in Tajikistan.
On the second day, we will be at Dushanbe to visit the Toqi restaurant where you will attend a master class of baking "Sambusa". This is a national dish in Tajikistan which is usually served with tea.
The tour starts and ends in Dushanbe.
