I was born in Novorossiysk. It's 300 km away from here. In 2006 I was graduated from the University as a teacher of English and French. In 2007 I moved to Sochi and still can't stop admiring its nature and beauty.
In 2014 I participated as a volunteer in Winter Olympics. I was involved into epicenter of great sport events. I met people from all over the world, visited lots of sport competitions. That changed much my perception and I decided to work in a hospitability service.
I'm passionate about travelling and exploring new places. And each time when I return home I feel happy to come back to Sochi. Just as you arrive here a fresh humid air embraces you. The catching eye greenery is everywhere! The sea view makes you feel relax and the mountains' panorama looks so comfy!
May I give you some idea of the city for those first visit. First I'd like to say Sochi doesn't resemble the rest of the country with its cold climate. It looks like a picturesque green nook situated in Mediterranean. Its gardens are full of citrus, figues, kiwi and date-plums. The city itself looks like a huge park sandwiched between the sea and the mountains.
So when booking the hotel just make sure that it's not a hilly place and its not far away from the center or places where you would like to visit.
As it is a resort it has a numerous attractions, water parks, skating rinks, shopping centers. For nature lovers there are routes to waterfalls, caves or just around the forest.
Besides, you should try a local cuisine that is called "Caucasus". It resembles the Georgian in a way. A variety of steamed and fresh vegetables, roast meat, special sauces and cheese.
