I like meeting new people and sharing with them my knowledge about Slovakia. I cruised Slovakia - castles, mountains, towns with my parents as a kid and this experience influenced me a lot.
I wanted to learn about my country. So I majored in history and literature, but the best knowledge gave me the practice during my trips.
I speak English very well since I worked as an English teacher and a translator. Also being a genealogist I communicate a lot with American Slovaks searching for their roots. I even spoke on the Genealogy conference in St. Louis.
Having a family I know that the safety on the road is essential.
I drive carefully and do not risk.
I am an easy going person always with smile on my face.
Come to visit, I am looking for you.
PS: Slovakia is amazing country, it is waiting for You.

Michal was better than we could have ever hoped for. He put everyone at ease and translated well while keeping the focus on the participants. He maximized the interactions we had in our originally scheduled program, then with only a surname and village, was able to lead us to an emotional meeting with a side of the family that had been waiting for 40 yrs. to reconnect! We hope to make a future visit and Michal will be required for it's success
