Pick up in the morning from the port and through the beautiful countryside of Chianti we reach after about one hour and a half the Medieval town of San Gimignano*, located on the top of a hill and famous for its towers, Unesco world heritage. Enjoy my main explanations then have some time on your own for explore the area or just for a coffe break.
Then depart to Siena* (about 45 minutes transfer), the famous antagonist city of Florence during the twelfth century: many attractions not to be missed, including the famous Piazza del Campo where twice a year runs the horse race "Palio", the Tower "del Mangia", the Cathedral, the Cathedral of St. Dominic. Also here I'll give the main information about the city before your free time for lunch & relax.
Return by 5. 30pm to your ship.

I am a driver-guide only, and I will not be able to accompany you on some portions of the tour which require long walking. The parts of the itinerary denoted by * will be un-guided, so after my introduction you will be able to explore the area on your own
