I am the first and the only one LICENSED OFFICIAL TOUR GUIDE in CHINESE in Andalucia Madrid and in the south of Spain. I also guide (of course) in ENGLISH and SPANISH. My studies
at the Faculty of Art have provided me with a profound knowledge of History of Art, but my focus
was always on the contemporary art discourse and the challenges of modern society that art has to face. Particularly the relation between art, philosophy and religious issues constitute my research area because their strong interrelationship has deeply influenced people's understanding and life, specially in my city, Seville.
During my academic graduate studies I was granted a one year scholarship at Rotterdam
University (Netherlands). Living in Netherlands for a year I became
gradually aware of culturally diverse society, and my desire of knowledge and the curiosity was growing, so I decided to move to several countries: Italy, Sweden, Ireland, and finally, I spent more than three years in China.
Finally I am settled down in my city, Sevilla. I am official tourist guide in Chinese, English and Spanish. My passion for art and my experiences abroad with people of varied disciplines make me understand very well my clients needs. My private tours are designed to show you Sevilla from a local point of view, paying a special attention to our architecture, art and history, but also to our legends, traditions and food. The kind of mix we look for when we travel. See Sevilla exactly the way you want to see it and make it a memorable trip.
A Recent Review of this guide
Clara was fantastic. Seville can be difficult at first in the old city until you find you way around and Clara gave us distinct points of references to navigate. Clara is a fantastic 5 star multi-linguistic guide, and showed us the history of Seville and its amazing buildings like the churches, the palace, as if we had been there. As Clara says, I will take you into the history like you were there. The insights into Columbus were magical. Thanks Clara for your magical tour.
