Historic streets, and saltwater beach in one walkable tour
This is an easy walking tour--rain or shine. I'll meet you downtown, and we'll take the light rail to the International District to walk among the historical Occidental Park and Pioneer Square areas. From the waterfront to Sea Crest Park, you'll enjoy the iconic skyline views of downtown Seattle. DART shuttle transports us to the Alki Beach neighborhood where the first white settlers arrived in 1851. Light lunch or snack at the many beach area restaurants then return to downtown Seattle.
Westlake Center to International District, and historical sights, then walk to water taxi with landing at Sea Crest park in West Seattle. Ride shuttle van to Alki Beach. Return via private car, or taxi.

Fantastic tour by Margaret. Not only did she take us on the tour, but she also pointed out additional places for us to visit, above and beyond where we were at. We very much enjoyed Margaret's manner and ease of speaking with us. We felt more like we were walking with an old friend, rather than a paid tour guide. Very highly recommended, a tour with Margaret is a marvelous experience.
