Wheelchair accessible Sayulita.
Drive north from Vallarta where the mountains fall away from the shore and the white sand beaches extend for miles. Drive through a few of the towns as we head north and get a feel for the flavor of each. The magical town of Sayulita is our destination. We will get a table at a beach front restaurant for the day. I stay with the table while you enjoy surfing, wandering the nearby galleries, or sampling at the sidewalk cafes. The tour includes surf lessons on shore for up to 3 adults, use of the surf boards, and UNLIMITED time in the ocean with the surf instructors. With a beachfront table as home base, you will enjoy the freedom to explore all that Sayulita has to offer. Sayulita is not wheelchair friendly, but with the use of a beach wheelchair even someone with limited mobility can enjoy the beautiful location.
From your Puerto Vallarta location, we head north passing through many small towns and communities on the way to Sayulita. It is just over an hour drive through beautiful wooded areas and small communities, each with its own personality. Preferred parking in Sayulita gets us to the beach quickly. At the beach we will get a table at the restaurant located directly next to the surf school. This will be our central location for the day. The surf lessons include the use of the boards, instruction on shore, and unlimited time in the ocean with the instructors. Spend as much or as little time surfing as you wish. The restaurant has a great menu and reasonable prices. Enjoy salsa, chips and a cold drink, or a full meal. Or, just leave your towels and head to the taco stand. I'll be here to answer questions or point you in the right direction. If traffic is light on the way back we will have time to stop by the Puerto Vallarta sign for some pictures.

Outstanding tour! Terrie was knowledgeable, flexible and fun! She planned a custom tour of Sayulita and San Francisco, with a focus focus on local art, for me that was perfect and I got to see things I would have missed on my own, had I been able to get there from my resort. She knew lots about local customs and history. She translated for me with two of the artists we met which was very helpful! I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a tour in the Puerto Vallarta area. Thanks Terrie!
