We had a wonderful day in Santos. We chose to ride the tram up the mountain to an old casino and very old church. The few was wonderful as was the history of the city. I loved the pictures of "elegant" ladies in their furs and men in white dinner jackets in 1927. The casino has been closed since the 1940's but the entire area and the church are in immaculate condition and very lovely. We chose not to visit the beaches and had a lunch in a restaurant overlooking both Sao Vincente and Santos.
