Even though I was born in mainland Greece, I live on Santorini since 2011 because it was love at first sight.
I am a licensed tourist guide and archaeologist.
After graduating with a BA in Archaeology and Art History (at the National University of Athens) in 2003, I worked for the Greek Ministry of Culture and participated in excavations around Greece before turning my focus to the guiding field. So I studied for three more years at the Tourist Guides School of Athens, and I had the chance to travel all over Greece for three months, visiting the most important sights. Having this as a background I am capable to guide everywhere in Greece and give information about any historical period or place in my country.
In 2011 I decided to live and work as a Tourist Guide in Santorini since this volcanic island combines unique beauty and impressive history.
After 8 years of experience on this island, I can provide different types of tours according to the interest of the guests and be flexible to their needs.
I speak English and Spanish fluently (British Council Certificate and Instituto Cervantes Certificate). I work also with Portuguese and Brazilian people since they understand perfectly my Spanish.
The knowledge, the passion and the enthusiasm characterize the guided tours I give.
As a person, I am very positive, optimistic, kind and patient, characteristics that really help me to my job.
I love the island that I live and I love my work. Every tour is a new experience for me because I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and share my knowledge.
