An unique city with a special charm

Chile's capital city is the most Cosmopolitan place people can imagine. Modern arcquitecture, Green open spaces, bustling streets, mountain scenery sourrounded by Andes picks and historic heritage make of Santiago a place to explore.
In order to experience and feel this city, we will walk and drive through places that expose visitors to the real cultural country Chile it is today. Traditional markets where local people buy meat, fruit, veggies, fresh seafood and fish from the Pacific at just about 1-hour away. Tour comprehends important historic landmarks in downtown such as the former building of Parliament of Chile, Main Square or "Plaza de Armas", Museum of National History building, Post Office Headquarters, Presidential Palace La Moneda, Plaza de la constitución, San Francisco colonial times Church, first National Library , Barrio Bellavista, Lastarria, Parque Forestal, Providencia and its financial district so called "Sanhattan" and more. . .

City center of Santiago, Presidential Palace of La Moneda, Plaza de Armas and Cathedral, former Congress of Chile, Main Markets, seafood and farmer's, Northern river side and park Forestal, Bellavista and Lastarria neighbourhood, Lapislázuli Factory, Providencia, Financial district or WTC as part of the new Santiago.

A Recent Review of this tour

Wonderful tour by Juan. Everything went so smoothly from the hotel pickup to the Cable Car where we wanted to be dropped off. Getting to understand how people live and work in Santiago is so much better when not in an excursion bus or wandering intelligently, no doubt, with a map and guide to the city. The Santiago market must be about 4 football fields ..and all filled with fresh food. Great lunch at the seafood restaurant and Juan bargained with a local seller to get my souvenir hat. So much more!
