Growing up in Northern California, my family would often visit the places I now give tours. I have been showing friends and family around San Francisco for 20 years. I have personally traveled to 60 countries and been a passenger on many tours, so I understand the needs of travelers. I love tourism so much that in 2007, I left my job as a local radio show host to pursue the career full time. I have since trained over 30 tour leaders and guides to run their own tours.
I customize the tour to you and focus on the places you want to see the most. I provide small group tours in a comfortable, modern SUV. This sometimes allows us access to neighborhoods and viewpoints that are off limits to larger tours.
I believe in honest advertising, provide 100% legal transportation and always pay the required commercial use fees and insurance to the parks I use. I hold a Class A permit with the California Public Utilities Commission. I am one of the only owner-operators in San Francisco legally able to provide both narrated round-trip sightseeing tours and custom client controlled charter transportation.
Feel free to contact me about any tour you have in mind, even if it is not listed here. I have experience driving single and multi day tours to Yosemite, Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur, Sonoma & Napa Valley Wine Country, Hearst Castle, Point Reyes, Avenue of the Giants, Humboldt Redwoods State Park, Redwood National Park and the wineries and redwoods of the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Wonderful. Have never had a better versed tour of guide . All four of us were so pleased and appreciative of his advice. He definitely gets a gold star from us! We will recommend him to our friends.

My National Park permits do not allow guided hiking. I do however advise on optional walks and hikes for you to do on your own.
