Luis was great. I really gave him no direction in developing an itinerary and he did a great job in providing a good overview of the history, the people and the culture in our short time together. His emphasis on local foods was particularly enjoyable. His English was excellent and he was very knowledgeable in his responses to my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
