Vadim M.

Saint Petersburg, Saint Peterburg, Russia

Hello! My name is Vadim and I am a local guide in this beautiful piece of land that I call home.

Having been born in Moscow I moved to Saint Petersburg after graduation of Moscow State University - the Department of Russian contemporary history. Being a professional tour guide I still remember the feelings I got after visiting its highlights for the first time many years ago, so, I will do my best for you to fall in love with Saint Petersburg!
As I am a historian I can do my tours more informative if we speak about history of the country in general but not only about Saint Petersburg in particular.

My main goal is to help create a lasting link between the tour groups and the Russian culture, helping you to "tour like a local"! My private tours guarantee you long-lasting friendships, gorgeous architectural masterpieces, a wide range of historical heritage and most importantly, the desire to come back again and again. The tours in Saint Petersburg are an excellent opportunity to explore the Russian history, culture and to discover a few hidden treasures in the city centre.

The tours are very flexible and suitable according to your wishes.

Kind regards from Saint Petersburg.

A Recent Review of this guide

This was a fantastic tour by far the best of all our tours, Vadim was marvellous he went way above what we expected of him. Larissa in Moscow was fabulous also, both very patient, knowledgeable and kind with four New Zealanders (Kiwis!), St Petersburg to Moscow and back was a long day 18 hours in total and 8 hours in St Petersburg the following day but worth every cent and the time, we (all four of us) would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much both of you we would love to see you again.
