Walking tour of Rimini center and Museum
Discover the ancient hearth of the town with an archaeologist!
The itinerary starts from the Arch of the Emperor Augustus, continuing to the area of the Roman Forum to reach the bridge the bears the name of the Emperor Tiberius. Then the tour will led you to visit an archaeological site discovered right in the center of the town: the house of a Roman surgeon.
The house has been transformed into an open-air, alluring museum that allows an insight into centuries of history.
In the nearby museum you will see many finds from the area, and admire reconstructions of the various rooms as they would once have looked.
